The Finance committee oversees the financial health of the church, ensuring proper stewardship of all resources. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and the annual audit processes, working closely with the Finance Steward and the broader leadership.
The Trust Properties committee is responsible for overseeing the church's trust assets and property, ensuring long-term sustainability and proper legal governance in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and legal advisors.
Fountain of Healing is at the heart of our pastoral care mission, providing support to those experiencing illness, bereavement, and hardship. The association also hosts the Annual Charity Golf Day.
The Communication & Media committee manages all internal and external communications, including social media, digital ministry, church notices, and media production for online worship services on Facebook and YouTube.
The Education & Bursary committee supports the educational aspirations of members and community youth through bursary assistance and mentorship, recognising education as a key tool for community flourishing.
The Entrepreneurship committee supports economic empowerment by helping community members develop business skills, access resources, and build sustainable livelihoods through workshops and mentorship programmes.

The Governance committee ensures that Bethesda operates with integrity, accountability, and transparency — overseeing constitutional compliance and organisational best practice in line with the MCSA's polity.
